How to join:
- Sign up with the Gmail address your phone's Play Store uses (Settings ▸ Google shows it). Google only lets testers in by that exact address.
- Erik adds you to the tester list and emails you the link — usually within a day.
- Tap the link on your phone, choose Become a tester, and install from the Play Store. It updates like any normal app.
Already signed up? The install steps are on the tester page.

Why a closed beta?
Google requires new apps to run a closed test with a group of real testers for two weeks before public release. Your ordinary use is literally what unlocks the Play Store launch for everyone.
The app has no accounts, no ads and collects no data.
